Hi,

after setting up the Office 365 Plugin for email integration the hubspot plugin icon appears on the top right in outlook on mac. Afterwards I configured the connection to my email account in outlook. I got a confirmation that the connection was successful:

But after closing the window and restarting outlook in the right toolbar the connection is lost and I can see the button to start the configuration again.

On my hubspot web account the email connection is active/enabled:

So I'm able to send mails from hubspot. But at the moment my incoming mails and sent mails from outlook are not tracked.

Whats wrong with my outlook intergration? Looking forward for your help!

Hi @alexanderdamm,

Based on what you are descibing it sounds like the issue is with your email extension.

I would recommend beginning by following the steps in this article or this resource depending on which extension you are using. I would also recommend ensuring your browser settings are set up properly within Internet Explorer.

If you are still stuck after that, can you please send along pictures of what you are seeing within your Outlook inbox?

The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in allows you to track and log emails and use some of the HubSpot sales tools directly in your email account. This add-in is for Windows only. Currently, Outlook installed from the Microsoft Store is not compatible with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in. Check your Outlook version to ensure it is Click-to-run.

Once installed correctly, the add-in will appear in the main ribbon of your Outlook desktop account.

The HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in does not require a connected inbox in order to be used in the inbox, though some HubSpot sales features require a connected inbox. Log and track preferences are automatically applied and thecontact profiles pane is persistent, meaning it will always be open in the inbox.
